These terms are the agreement between you and MCPTO for the use of
MCP to Email at mcpto.email. By creating an account, signing
in, or connecting a mailbox, you agree to them. The
privacy policy describes how the service handles data.
MCP to Email connects a mailbox you choose, and the Google services you leave checked, to an MCP client you configure. The client can ask the service to read and change that data within the scopes you granted. You create an account with an email address and a password, then confirm the code we email you.
When you connect Google, you authorize the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen. You can turn services off and reconnect, or disconnect the mailbox in the app. Disconnecting asks Google to revoke the grant. You can also revoke it in your Google Account. You can delete your MCP to Email account from Profile. Deletion asks Google to revoke the grant and deletes the tokens we stored. We do not keep Google message contents. The privacy policy describes the account and usage record kept for a payment dispute. Use of Google data is also limited by the privacy policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
The service can change, pause, or stop. Features that depend on Google can change when Google changes an API or a scope. We may refuse, revoke, or end an account that breaks these terms or that we can no longer host.
The service is provided as available. AI clients make mistakes. You review mail before you rely on a draft or a send. To the extent the law allows, MCPTO disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MCPTO is not liable for lost mail, lost profits, or indirect damages, and its total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete the account from Profile, as described in the privacy policy. Deletion removes sign-in and stored mailbox credentials. We keep the account email and a usage log for 18 months to answer a payment dispute. That log does not include mailbox contents. We may end access if you break these terms. Sections that should survive ending, including disclaimers and this sentence, survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Courts in the United States may hear a dispute that comes out of them.
